Printers, Printers, Printers....

 The company I work for...only 2 more days after this post mind you...services printers for the Flordia Health Care Pharmacy's and offices in the central Florida area. Lately we've been having massive problems with brand new HP 4350tn printers that are about a month old printing the labels and instructions that go on your medicine. I'm the printer repair specialist in shop, and for the past 4 days all I have been doing is running around fixing printers only to have the same problems the next day. Mind you every printer having a problem is having the same problem. In the office we've diagnosed it down to new crapply labels, but FHC says they are the same...what does HP say...dont put labels in tray 3 put them in tray 1 because it direct feed...whats FHC's responce...No...whats my responce...huge patches of my hair are gone from me pulling it out.
On top of that another printer went down with a nasty 13.20 error which means a sensor somewhere in the transfer assembly or fuser is broken. Since it was almost 5 when I was called in I looked at it cleaned it up and flossed the paper path. It was 5:30 when I left I told them I'd be back later with more information on their pirticular problem, and either work on it on-site or bring it back to the shop. They said Ok. Next thing you know my boss, whom he and myself are already at ropes end with, hence why i'm leaving, gets a call saying the Tech said the printer was broken and needed to be fully replaced. AHHHHH I never said that at anytime. So this post probably belongs in rants, but oh well...I'm typing this on the phone to HP tech support and I really hate the printer guys they are such poo heads. Sigh two more days
