How about this setup suggestion?

It's more of a circle... but...
Everyone is in healing range.  Melee dps will be in range of the add very quickly since they spawn off the Boss.  Adds that target the tank are picked up quick due to the melee dps proximity.  Healing is in range for everyone and since both healers are seperate, if one side gains the add and gets their healing interrupted, then the other healer is unaffected (and can pick up healing the MT).  Range dps is always in range and is concentrating on adds.  The two specific "Range dps" would be responsible for killing the last add before switching to the boss during Evocation.   The "Soaker" is the person that draws fire from the Boss in the form of his Arcane Bolt (hits for 6k avg from the look of my log, this person will NEED arcane resist gear).
