its a temp lock as long as theres a queue active, the server is locked from making new toons, the second there is a single slot open with no line wating its unlocked and new toons can be created! aka....lame

Sunday evening queues are pretty normal for Alex though, we had them even back before queues became a problem, they just stayed low. If they creep up to high numbers or show up on other days tho we have a problem again =(

I don't think its something to be too worried about. It is the christmas holidays, and all the kidlets not in school are now in WoW. I would only worry if the problem persists after about Jan. 5
