*CHANGED* Font Color and Font Background Color Picker

Summary:
Changed the color picking system for font colors and font background colors on forum posts. Color options are no longer limited by the dropdown list and can be selected with an RGB slide selector or by manually entering the html hex value.



Changes Made:
Icons adjusted and new pop-up system implemented for color selection.

Color selection can be done by selecting the font color icon as shown:

Color can be selected by using the mouse on the available palette or by typing in the hex value of the desired color in the text box (highlighted in green) and selecting "Apply".

Background color selection is done the same way selecting the Background Color icon.
