Finally figured it out!

Anyone who has played the night owl shift with me knows about the ongoing problem with my connection failing completely at exactly, on the minute, Midnight. I checked some setting and noticed my Windows Live One Care Virus program runs a diagnostic/virus scan every day at... guess the time... midnight. Geez I hope that fixes it!
