Voice Chat sound issues

Has anyone been able to use the new Voice Chat feature successfully?  I've tried using it a few times and the sound is always really low.  Arc and Nix say they experience the same thing even though all of our Mic output and Sound settings are cranked up.  Just doesn't seem to get the sound out loud enough to hear like vent does.

Had the same issue here.  Try working with your mic settings outside of the game (Sounds and Audio Devices off the Control Panel for Win XP users).  I got mine working just fine eventually (was told I was TOO loud).

The mic test meter on the Voice tab (Sound & Voice option from the Main Menu) should move a great deal when you record a test.  If it isn't, then the game isn't picking up your sound very well.
