Confusing-riddle...(You are in a restaurant and a waiter bring's you an empty glass, a plate with water, and a self strike match. the waiter ask's "If you can get the water from the plate into the glass without touching the plate with anything on your or other's people's body's, i'll give you $100"). anyone?

(glass + match + water... something about creating a vacuum with the match and glass over the water to suck all the water off the plate... but without a few other mats, I wouldn't know how to mcgyver it)
