Login servers down?

Sitting here trying to connect to WoW and got stuck on authenticating. Check back later - a "Could not log in to WoW at this time" message pops up. On the forums of course blizz is being closed-mouthed while the numbers of posts accumulate about being stuck at the login screen...

So, who here wants to get a game of internet chess going on? I promise I'll go easy - it's been years since I played last =P

i suck at chess, my best move is this.... HAND OF GOD, thats where u smack you fist on the board, whatever opponents pieces fall, they lose =p

I used to think of myself as a decent chess player, but then when I got Vista and tried out the new chess game, I lost every damn time on normal =(
