No more Kara attunement

According to PTR Patch Notes:

Players will no longer need the Master’s Key to enter Karazhan. The gates to Karazhan will still require the Master’s Key to be unlocked.

(People were asking if you can have a title if you do the attunement chain anyway. I like "Not Too Lazy to Run 5 Instances on Normal"  )

This has been Blizzards stance for a while now. First it was the one vial drop per person to get the attunment for BT. Then they opened that up to everyone getting it. Then they opened up the eye and coil fang (i'm too lazy to look the correct name up but not too lazy to write out a really long sentance) to no attunments. Then came heroics, now, no attunment for BT and Kara.
I have a feeling its more about bragging rights, and making the raiding hard core get their game on hard core mode, then as they progress farther into it, opening it up for those that can't devote as much time into it and providing better access to everyone who plays the game.

I think at this point they've decided there aren't very many people totally new to Kara, so they want to relax the requirements for alts to get in. It's too bad they can't make an attunement that is account-based, so once you've done it, all your 70s can get in...

But wait someone said you will still need the key to enter it? How will new chars enter it when there's no more attunement requirements?

Will an npc just hand you the key.... ?

Khader's reputation with the Arc Faction has increased. Khader is now revered.

You may now purchase [item]Biting Fleas[/item] - Upon use, these parasitic, blood sucking fleas will infest the user and protect him from attackers at all cost. Any attacker inflicting physical damage on the user will have ankles that will always itch - but can never be soothed!

Does the [item]Back Scratcher[/item] require exalted with Arc faction?  Trying to reach itchy spot with [item]King's Defender[/item] could be bad for my health.

after you grind about 20,000,000,000,000,000 resto druid kills you will hit Exalted with the Arc faction. Besides the [item]Back Scratcher[/item], you will also be eligible to purchase a [item]Personal Nasanna[/item] to drop totems of your choosing, pop heroism, rez you, and make you a fresh pot of coffee (shaman coffee is the best) on those long nights.

Blizz is opening up this stuff so they don't have the same problem they had with old-world raids where only a small percentage of the gaming population were able to see the content. By opening it up in such a way they are allowing people to get in with their badge epics (that are good enough to get you into BT/Hijal) without running stuff endlessly (although i thought running stuff endlessly is how it worked...).  They want more people to experience the content before 3.0 (or whatever WotLK version number is...).  I think they're trying to learn from Naxx, and to some extent AQ 20/40.
