..and I can't curl my tongue and I'm not double jointed.
My three eldest are double jointed in many ways- all can flip their fingers back to their wrists, bend just the ends of their fingers, and curl their tongues in many ways. Era has the annoying habit of cracking his knuckles and bending back his fingers while waiting between arenas.
My eldest daughter is in the school musical "Barnum" (circus show- she is in the side show) because of her double-jointed back: she can do the "harbour bridge" (a back bend) with amazing ease and she can walk backwards while doing it.
