    * Several minor bugfixes.

Note: due to several real life constraints, progress is likely to remain slow, and the fact that Cataclysm is getting closer means I will not update the addon for a while.
Chances are that once addons are allowed on the beta servers and I get access, I will spend my time making changes there directly.
Adding functionalities now and having to rewrite them in a month wouldn't make sense.

- very alpha support for bn whisper text popouts. works by fixing a very old bug that was allowing unprocessed chat types to be processed anyways.
- fix another reference to CFEB and remove the OriginalEditbox module
- fix references to ChatFrameEditBox
- since the useAltKey option was broken forever, people expect the default option to be off, so change it to that.
- make a x-module call to set the font on the bnet temp frame
- make sure the realid whisper frames sit in the dock properly

- Raid Target Icons are now supported (MUFs and Live-List display)
- NEW option: "Do not use 'Abolish' spells" (in the cure options). If enabled will prefer 'Cure Disease' and 'Cure Poison' over their 'Abolish' equivalent. (Defaults to off)
- "Check for 'Abolish' before curing" option now defaults to off. (May not be wanted when a disease or poison needs to be removed at all costs ; it was also confusing for some users)
- NEW option: "Allow macro edition" preventing Decursive from updating its macro and letting the user change it and still use Decursive macro key-binding management. (Defaults to off)
- NEW command line option to hide and disable the MUFs handle: (/dcr HideMUFsHandle)
- German translation is now complete (thanks to Freydis88).
- Remove the ERR_GENERIC_NO_TARGET debug report happening when the player tries to use Polymorph or Purge on himself or another friendly player.
- Fix to "LiveList:Update_Display(): couldn't get range" error occurring when not using the MUFs.
- Removed the French version of 'readme' and 'changelog' since 3 persons only were reading those.

- Fixed a bug in most modules, that could cause an error when linking an item, talent or achievement into chat.
- Feats: Increased the width slightly of the drop down category selector.
- Cache: Added a "Show Alts" filter. With this enabled, only your alts will be shown in the cache. Great for checking what gear they have. You must reinspect yourself on your alts for this to work.
- Scanner: Set bonuses are now once again properly scanned. Not certain when this broke.
- Glyphs: This module has been removed. I had originally added this because I hoped Blizzard would add glyph inspection into the API, but that never happened. Maybe one day it will return.
