Possible Steam Hacks
« on: March 14, 2011, 10:38:43 AM »
Just a heads up guys if you use Steam, looks like its now become the target of possible account hacks like WoW. I got this email last night and the links go to a bogus web address that attempts to trick people into giving up login credentials for Steam.

I received one of those too.  I haven't taken the time to follow up on it, though.  Is there a way to report this to Valve?

I found this link for overall Steam security practices, but nothing directly related to reporting phishing attempts.  I have submitted a ticket asking Steam Support for clearer instructions (because they state in that post that you should report it... just not how).
