It took an hour to form a group.
Our warrior could not hold aggro worth shit.
First healer dumps us after a wipe, apparently needing to go... before staying online for another two hours.
Second healer dumps us for AB.
Third healer dumps us with no reason... then I have to go, so we disband.
During this massive five-hour attempt, I had no less than eleven phone calls, two people at my door, and my cat whining for food every ten minutes.  She also shat on herself.

If you are in an instance with guild members, FINISH IT, ffsake.
I have been an hour late to things simply because I wasn't going to dump guildies.  The last time I left a guild instance run was when a friend killed herself.  Literally.  Surely you can miss mucking around in a noob zone or doing a BG to help us out?

Sorry, un4.  I know you were trying to talk to me about this earlier, but I was in a big battle in AB and didn't catch it all.  (and no, I wasn't the one that ditched them!   )

Yes, definately let us know when guildmates ditch a group mid-runs like that.  Especially if there was no good reason to.  That looks bad and is just plain rude.
