it's patch day. blizz's web site is always hosed on these days =D

everything blizzard has is hosed on patch day...

too many people going to forums to find out when the servers will *really* be up...

Too many people complaining about nerfs/changes/buffs/ect...

I also think blizz doesn't want to hear about it (especially after they go over time on downtime) so they turn off the forums just to quiet the masses...
