During 3 heroic runs yesterday, they were all very generous in allowing me to upgrade 6 slots (that's right, 6).  Additional thanks to Arc who passed me a frozen orb (for a 7th upgrade) and a raw gem to cut for my meta slot.  Also, they were quite patient with me thru several deaths while I worked thru some kinks with my healing rotations.

meh...its a huge learning curve, and we all go through it at some time....you did really great and the last few runs were super smooth...

if anyone needs a frozen orb, heavy borean leather, or any of the armor patches, let me know and i'll get them to ya...these are all things I get primarily through guild runs, so its only fair that they belong to everyone as a group..
