As per a blue post

[blizzard]We are in the process of applying an in-game fix that will restart all of the quests associated with the Midsummer Fire Festival event and allow players to complete them once again. If you are in the process of completing an achievement such as Extinguishing Kalimdor, this fix will reset your progress and you will need start over. This fix will require realms to be restarted. [/blizzard]

If i read that right, we ALL can do the quests again for loads of cash, not just the ones who did them last year.

i read that as the achievment will have to be started over.  If its done then its done...that wont be reversed.   The quests will still all be available to be done again.    I guess we shall see.

That's how I read it as well - and at any rate, like Shadow said: 800g for running around when I'm bored and have nothing to do? Pffft, sign me up.
